I haven't had any problems with it since I got it. It was easy to set up. The only problem I encountered is the warranty on the website. He didn't accept the one on the box so I contacted support to see what would happen there. But at $500 it's a bargain since I've used a lot of Wacoms. The display is bright, if a bit pixelated when working on my art up close. I kinda glue my eyes to the display to bring out the detail and I wish it was 2k but ah. Can't complain too much, this will help! It does get a bit warm in one spot near the USB ports, but other than that it's comfortable to work with and drivers are easy to find and install. Make sure to open the workspace in the application/drivers and set the display to a pen display, then calibrate it with the pen and you probably won't have a problem. Huion keeps getting better! In my opinion, Wacom needs to be taken down a few notches!
