Haven't used the product yet but when it arrived both caps were loose and leaking. It also looks like it was filled with a different brand of shampoo because it was dry under the cap and smelled completely different than the conditioner. Never bought new shampoos with loose caps. I'm not sure if it's real, but I don't think so.
