I know it was "inexpensive" (cheap really) so It was so funny, when I opened the package I thought it was made out of paper, but I only wanted the top so the x-large (I wear a 8 or 10) just made it look more elegant. to put it on I used surgical gloves and it worked fine. Altered the bottom to fit just below the waist and tried it on to wear with my dance pants. WOW! Arrived on time in case I had to purchase something else.
