It looked like a return stuffed in a box. Inside the block lay shattered copper coils and there were nicks on the hoses, as if they had been cut with a box cutter. Completely useless. This is such an expensive item that it was surprising that there was so little control over what was shipped. We returned it and couldn't get a new one for the arrival of our axolotl, but we were able to control the temperature with a cheap fan we got from Target.
