I was very disappointed when I received this - I checked all the reviews before I bought it. I gave 3 points because it was well packed, the locket was very pretty and it came in a nice box. However, I ordered this for my 21 year old son and the chain was so thin and flimsy! The clasp is so small that nobody can open it with thumbs. It is also said to have been 20 inches. Together with the medallion it is 20 inches. I think it would be a great gift for a little girl rather than a grown man.
