Overall they're pretty good, I've ordered 24 and used them in a number of projects. I ran very small loads of 5V on the 5V pin, main relay or microphone sensor. Some even without anything on the 5V pin. I connected them across 12V on the Vin pin. Which is good within specification. Some of them turned out to be very, very hot, hot enough to burn. And the voltage regulator burns out. I just had one that wasn't hot, I just plugged it into a USB port and then the voltage regulator fried. I have a capacitor on the other side to power some Neo pixels. The pixels were off, so he didn't try to turn them on. Anyway, I've had about 6 of them fail in the last 6 months. Bad batch maybe?
