It will work, but certainly not at the level advertised by the seller. As instructed I filled it with 80% olive oil, pumped it 8 times and it produced an anemic spray in less than 10 seconds. The instructions said spraying at that force should have been for 16 seconds, but the second and third attempts gave the same result. Pump 40 times and you'll get just enough spray strength and duration to thoroughly cover a shelf of fins. Any more and you'll be stuck in first gear. One suggestion is to use the product as a water mist on the beach or golf course. Now that made me laugh. On the other hand, it does not produce waste in the form of a container and only uses air as fuel. I only have a few recipes that I will use it for, but it will not become a kitchen tool due to its limitations. I'll probably use an oil brush more often.
