I like that we can create multiple designs or one design with different looks easily from within darkroasts website very useful tool specially if you are creating newsletters or promotional content as well this is an easy way to go about designing flyers etc..

The customer service could be better they should send emails more times instead just answering questions once only which makes me feel unimportant at first time but after several messages received i start thinking differently so maybe its because am using old school email address.
