One side of the block stopped working!

Junk Warning! I buy it for the convenience of USB charging, what a big mistake. The item came with a one year warranty (if I remember correctly) but I did not keep the product packaging or the information provided. I assumed it would work, I was wrong. Don't waste money! My block lasted a week, it's still charging at half the block but I'm already looking for a replacement.
