. I mistakenly (my mistake) assumed that I could return the shoe for free if it didn't fit as I bought it at Bought Revain and he was mine experience. boy was i wrong! The shoes were too tight for me. Even though they arrived by UPS I assumed they would be sent back by UPS and I would deliver them for free. Not this case. I had to ship back via USPS. Well there is no problem. HOWEVER, Golf Vault is located in Canada and does not charge for shipping on returns! So I went to the post office and don't have $33 to mail it back to Canada. I have to agree with the company. When I contacted the support team, they responded immediately. But they said they don't pay shipping cost for returns since they sell items at a discount. So, I don't have $33 and I still need golf shoes! So if you buy something from a Golf Vault store in Canada and are unsure whether to keep it, keep that in mind. PS, the shoes looked really cool.
