I like how it helps us stay organized in our communications about all aspects of business development (including sales). It's user friendly, but not super simple for someone who isn't very tech savvy or doesn't know SEO well enough yet as an agency we are still learning what works best! We're using this tool at least 2-3 times per week so far though there may have been some lulls where things weren't being used much - which would probably even out over time if you use daily/weekly consistently. Our biggest challenge now has actually shifted from implementation into understanding exactly why people search certain terms related to my product line within Google AdWords campaigns & keywords tools vs organic listings etc., then creating content ideas around those topics that will help drive more traffic to website / landing page(s) without having them show up organically through natural searches via google adwords.
