I needed a very wide peeler so I could easily cut sweet potatoes and zucchini into strips for various uses.

I needed an extra wide potato peeler to easily cut sweet potatoes and zucchini into strips for various recipes. This knife is so sharp and so light. Using my latest vegetable peeler for the aforementioned veggies, I spent up to twenty minutes on the amount I needed. I love this amazingly effective scrub and highly recommend it!
