What a frustrating and disappointing product. Something as simple as disassembling to pack is an almost impossible task. Pulling that hard to remove the Numark part is ridiculous. To attempt. I can't do it Maybe a bodybuilder can do that. That's a big design flaw. Why not do it with a latch that you push and the part pops out easily. Of course, if you never need to take it apart for a compact package, the stand is solid and does exactly what it says and what you might expect. But if you must break it, forget this product. Look for something different. I was shocked. I can't just take this thing apart. Actually, I can't do it myself. And I can't believe it's so difficult when it takes so much effort. I read two other reviews that said it was easy for them to take apart. Did I get a defective one?
