Very small. I am a petite woman with 36 inch breasts and I ordered a large one and it barely closes. Are they supposed to be for men? no The material is strange, almost like fiberglass on the outside. Soft fleece inside so this part is ok. The zipper on the chest is for beauty only. It's not a bag. I'll tie it around my waist and use the zip pockets to store my phone while I run. That's all.
