Poor performance: Network antennas

My first Hawking product and probably my last. This HD9DP antenna has a nice design (body and mount in one panel) but it doesn't even work as well as the small omnidirectional antennas that came with my unit. I tried everything, a few tests with multiple antennas and I really wanted to like this Hawking but the only thing I liked was the body with adjustable mount. At the moment I have 3 antenna setups, I have two dipole antennas. which comes with an Alfa AWUS036ACH and I have two Alfa dual band panel antennas (APA-M25) and I also have a Hawking HD9DP. I definitely know what I'm doing when it comes to long range WiFi and this antenna is more of a novelty. As anything else it's just a really bad performer and always wants to use G or N by default and to get this antenna to actually use the AC channel you have to manually set your device to wireless AC mode. I would say that this Hawking HD9DP does not even work at 40% of the power of the Alfa M25 antennas and this in optimal conditions with no obstacles. Next I will compare Alfa M25 panels with (Ubiquiti UMA-D). I'm curious if Alfa's small panels can outperform an enterprise solution antenna like Ubiquiti's. Don't waste your time with this antenna. I expected more from a seemingly solid company like Hawking Technologies.
