Bought Fluker's Land Turtle Tortoise Diet for a rescued ornate box turtle here in Missouri that got stuck in a drainage ditch and gave up our rescued reptile from the cable man, who found him. He was very emaciated and it was obvious that he had not eaten for a long time. The Fluker brand has always offered superior nutritional formulas, which is why we chose this brand for the rescued box turtle. On this diet supplemented with insects and vegetables he gained significant weight and we recommend this product for suitable tortoises. It looks and smells a bit like Fruity Pebbles and the turtle was immediately drawn to its scent and started eating without hesitation. Although the turtle ate it dry, it appears to have preferred submerging it in water in a shallow bowl. We wet it with a vitamin supplement in water to boost its nutrients, but that's enough. Turtle loves it and we recommend it!
