This moisturizing cream is very thick. I mainly use it at night before bed because it's very heavy. During the day I use something lighter. I love the way it smells and hydrates my skin. I haven't really noticed the effectiveness of this product after almost a month of use so I'm not sure I would buy it again but it's a good moisturizer. It didn't make me sleepy but kept my skin from drying out which in turn could keep me from breakouts since I have dry acne.
