Not sure if this is a good choice for someone who wants to shoot a lot and very often. I use my gun to fight vermin, so a few shots every few days at most. So there's nothing wrong with going full-on every few weeks. I can take my time and soon the gun will be fully loaded. It never gets too hot which I've read will melt the o-rings and stop the pump from working. I think a low body weight person will have some problems when they come to high blood pressure. I weigh over 200 pounds and it takes a lot of effort to fill the tank with the last small amount of liquid, but not too much. I think it really comes down to how often you shoot and how awkwardly you put little effort. Considering the quality of the pumps isn't much more expensive than this hand pump, I think it's better to have something reliable and over time I can spend the money needed for a good quality reliable compressor .
