They don't hurt the back of my ankle!
I walk a few miles every day and was looking for comfortable shoes, but the main thing is that they don't rub against the back of the ankle! This shoe is perfect! It is very light and the back of the shoe is like a sock material. So soft yet firm that it doesn't bounce with every step. It's also very stylish and cute. I thought I would only wear them as hiking shoes but I wore them everywhere.
