Fits my 4423 exactly as it should. I would have preferred those little screws to be a lot stronger, but I can work with that. It will definitely relieve my arthritis when moving heavy quilts through the machine! Update: The screws work very well, no problems. Check the serial number of your machine again and compare it with the product description. If in doubt, check for small grooves that the detachable accessory box fits into. It won't fit without those four grooves in the machine mount. For those complaining that it doesn't fit, the seller has provided EXACTLY what serial numbers this table fits.
