Review on Optimized DenTek Ultimate Guard for Nocturnal Teeth Grinding by Nicole Green

Tried other face masks from the pharmacy because my husband told me that I grind my teeth at night. Nothing had worked before and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a molded mouthguard so I decided to give Dentek Ultimate Guard a try. And after using it for a couple of weeks I am convinced that this is the ULTIMATE GUARD. It's the perfect combination of protection when none of my teeth are in contact and comfort as it's not bulky at all (I hardly notice I've got it in my mouth). Adjusting and shaping was easy, especially with the matching tray. Just soften it with a hot glass of water, line up the lead with your two front teeth, and bite! The bite pads fit my teeth perfectly. The tape is thin, fits snugly on the palate and is barely noticeable. It's only been a few weeks but I can already feel the difference. This is truly the best mouth guard I have ever used. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best night sanding solution.
