Great product for the money. I'm glad I looked for this! Very quickly, the "waterproof" part is the pocket, which you pull over the bag when you get caught in the rain. The good side of this is that you can use it as a helmet bag if you wear more than one helmet to protect it. "Easy" locking function. Well you may be confused. Once you receive the mockup set and have everything tightened to your liking, things will be a breeze. After the initial setup, it's easy to remove and continue. It has a range of straps so you can wear it however you like. I made my backpack and just tucked the straps under the bag while riding. It looks better than I thought it would on my GSXR! The bag expands and becomes quite large. Easy to pick up and go. However, this is NOT a bag I would leave hanging anywhere. It would be easy to cut the straps and ride, so keep that in mind when buying one that can stay on the bike and lock. This isn't the one. As for the reports that the buckle is bad, I was fine. I pulled and pulled the bag and it's very secure. Good at highway speeds but I don't check my bag while driving. It's still attached when I get there. Maybe they have bad sets? Others may not install it properly. Just a thought. Clips "can" be reversed.
