Pathetic. They sent me a laptop with someone else's information. Their email address was still registered and the system was already in trouble where the admin couldn't be changed and just wasn't working. I don't know if it was the system or the vendors that completely screwed it up, but I'm disgusted. I bought a new laptop only to have a used one shipped to me.
