I bought this because I wanted something that looked factory and would allow for fast charging as I had read that most USB powered QI chargers don't provide enough power. When the product arrived the installation looked a little intimidating as I didn't want to disassemble my new SRT. After a few YouTube videos and a trip to the trim removal tool store, I was all set. In about an hour I was able to remove the necessary panels and wires, drill a hole for the power cord from the charger and hook everything up. According to the charger test app I downloaded, the charging speed is very slow even when using a strong power source. You will also need to attach a small metal plate to the back of the phone or case (included) that will allow the magnet to hold the phone in place so it doesn't slip while you drive. The space that the phone sits in is pretty tight - for example, when I put my Airpods on a wireless charger and they slide into the back of the charging area, I can't get them out without tools (note: I have very small hands for one man, so it's not a problem). Overall, I would look elsewhere due to the high price, hassle, and slow loading speed.
