I will never use another belt again. I usually start my day at 5 with a regular belt, then an hour later at 4, until noon at 3. Then I get in the car and loosen the belt to a 4 so it doesn't dig into my gut. It cured my obsession with fixing my belt! Easy in, easy out in much smaller, more convenient adjustments!
