#1 for Baby Houdini

We tried Halo Sleep Sack, Swaddle Me and Ergobaby Swaddle and Ergobaby was the winner for us! In short, it worked best for: 1. Houdini's arms2. Gas pain wakes up 3. Easy to pack Long version: 1. We tried regular diapers; double swaddling, twist grips before swaddling, stretch blankets, large blankets. all diapers. The child's hands were untied in less than 20 minutes of sleep. We took a diaper with a halo and wrapped me up. Swaddling me was the easiest baby sleeping bag ever. So if you're not worried about jailbreaking, give them a try! But they are the most fragile, so in a few minutes the baby was free (especially our petite baby that we could not accommodate). We probably used a Halo sleeping bag, and it gave us lengths of time without breaking our arms, so we bought one of ours. The downside was gas in our child.2. The poor little one had an intolerance to milk and from the 2nd or 3rd day he had horrible flatulence. She cried out in discomfort, and when she was wrapped up on her back, it was harder for her to clear gases. That's why we love Ergobaby! Instead of being a hard burrito, she was wrapped tightly in her arms but her hips and legs were free to move in the blanket pocket! It seemed to help her get rid of gas at night and sleep better. It's pretty easy to learn how to wrap your hands (like a tiny cute straitjacket). Quickly insert and remove the child. The bottom pouch is not removable like I intended. So when your child is hot, it has some breathability or child's legs can come out of the bag to breathe, but the bag will fold under the child when not in use. It was the ONLY diaper my baby couldn't get out of!
