Review on Messermeister Moritz Elite Chefs Paring by Debbie Daly

Those who negotiate and buy the price of this German steel are certain to get "what they pay for" when it comes to kitchen knives. Yes, there are cheaper knives on the market, but none with a blade of this quality. The blade stays razor sharp and precise, and it's incredibly fast at chopping, slicing, etc. I know it's hard to justify a $100+ knife, but please try. It took a friend to give me a wood carving kit to convince me of future purchases from Messermeister, but I will not be buying from any other company again.
