May be a bit big but looks so cute as a collar
We received two hats for two different cats. None of the cats have tried to remove their hats, so they seem quite comfortable. Both hats are great for our cat, but they are too big for our cat's head! Luckily, hats look just as cute when worn as collars. The quality is good, holds up well.
