Review on Pars Automatic Persian Rice Cooker – Create the Perfect Rice Crust with Tahdig! 5 Cup Rice Maker by Richard Alemayehu

I was sooo close to getting this back; The instructions are complete nonsense. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. Especially step 6, the actual part of the cooking instructions. Anyway we tried it and after trial and error it makes really great crispy ground rice and the rest of the rice is creamy and damn delicious we couldn't stop. EAT it. Again, the instructions are terrible, and even searching for videos on the internet turned up useless results if you don't understand Farsi. With that in mind, I'm glad we didn't return it. If the introduction was exhaustive for a gringo like me I would give it 4 stars and if recipe suggestions were included (of course you can add other veggies etc) I would raise it to 5 stars.
