Bought for my 2 1/2 year old. She usually wears 2T and has done so for about 18 months. It was a 3/4 baby. It was delicious! The costume came with sheer tights (super cute!), dress, hat and shoe covers (not used). Side ties allow you to fasten behind your back for a more comfortable fit. Worn for our extended family alongside a Halloween party, in the trunk or as a treat and for play around the house. Holds up well, meatball stains can be removed with a simple spot spray and washed well. The tights were only enough for the party, and then I threw away the trunk or the treat.
