Beautiful touchscreen watch!
The Lige 160E works well and is easy to connect to your phone via the Dafit app. I'm not sure how accurate the physical measurements are ie blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen. But these measurements are within reason! I walked 100 steps several times, but the watch showed an average of 107 steps. I would multiply the number of steps shown by 0.93. A possible downside is that my phone's battery may drain faster when connected to the Dafit app. Overall I would recommend buying this watch.
