The ease of use; all functionality is easy to understand, and I have been able to train my staff without any problems at first. Their customer support has been great in solving technical issue related to the system! This app can be used by anyone who wants to create an accurate way to reserve tables or track them if they are using their own kitchen. It's user friendly, and their customer service team listens and takes action to resolve issues ASAP. As it could get quite busy during peak times (the busiest time). There will always be errors where sometimes a reservation may not show up correctly on the app unless you refresh your dashboard multiple times (or open another window such as google chrome), but that's understandable when dealing with high traffic areas. However their customer service does look into tickets fast and I never feel that this isn't taken seriously. Also having access to an excel report allows me to view everything easily which i also enjoy. I wish there was some way to keep food costs low with this platform. Having tracked our meals I love that it is simple enough so my staff can use without having any training or experience needed! It's also free which makes using this software easy!! You don't have many options if you want something different than what they offer but everything has been great since we started with them. Nothing really at all! We are able take care of our guests in seconds instead minutes by being more organized about who gets seated when where etc.
