Review on FI Analytics by Darnell Nahabet

It's easy to use, provides great customer service via email/phone when needed or questions arise! The system is very outdated in terms of layout design (not even close), so I would not recommend it if you want your customers actually using this product for what they paid foR!! This software has been updated like twice since we started working with them 2 years ago- still hasn't had any updates that improved user experience at all; just more things added which makes our lives harder as marketers by adding options where there are none required. Make sure u check out other products before deciding one day after implementation because once i find something better my business wont deal again wtih these guys. ! The user interface is very intuitive, easy to use and understand. It's very easy to get started and it's also easy to navigate around the dashboard. It's not as robust as some other platforms but I think that's because it's still in development. If you're looking for a simple platform with excellent customer service, this is it! We are able to quickly create custom reports and dashboards and share them with our client base.
