Review on 🍃 Fiebing's 32 oz. Natural Leather Preservative: 100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil by Crystal Phillips

neatsfoot oil is a great thing. I used it for my saddles and tack growing up, but kind of moved away from it as all the new products flooded the market. Finally, back to basics - and now I know why. I wish I had snapped a photo sooner of a saddle I pulled out of a dusty old harness with no air conditioning. In general, it was light in color, but with water stains, a layer of dust, and under the dust - mold. I cleaned it with glycerine soap and Lexol and it looked a lot better. But after treating it with leg oil several times, wow, it's hard to believe this is the same saddle I started with. It definitely darkened the leather (usually desirable in the saddle world - at least to my taste). And the blackout leveled the stains and water marks, smoothed the dried wrinkles and brought the skin back to life. My ONLY complaint was that I ordered 64 ounces and got 32, but Revain fixes that for me. Great product - I will buy again. and again.
