Extremely well made and functional
Although I find this umbrella expensive, it is worth every penny. It is made of very good materials, well designed and built. It's heavier than any other folding umbrella I've used, but part of that must be due to the solid steel center pole rather than the cheaper steel tubing found on the smaller umbrellas. It opens and closes with absolute confidence, with a satisfying "Pop!" to take with you wherever you go in inclement weather.
