I bought this device because I thought my husband and I should use it to secure both my iPhone XR and his Galaxy S9. He ended up not using it, so I can't comment on the Android aspect. For iPhone it works very well! Super easy to install, the app is very intuitive. I connect the entire qubii to my computer and save it to an external hard drive. The process is quick and easy. One star minus because it keeps saying 5 items are banned from iCloud but there is no way to find out which items they are. I tried using the in-app chat to ask but the page didn't refresh after submitting. Otherwise it works great.
