This product is super comfortable. I was a little shocked that it was so easy to put on. I would say to buy one size bigger than your t-shirt size to make sure you get the correct fit for your body type. I am smaller up top and wider through the hips. I am 5' 7" 189 pounds and I ordered a 2XL which fit like a glove. In normal circumstances this would be great however for a waist trainer it should be a little tighter than a glove but not too tight. My t-shirt size is L so I was happy when I contacted Gotoly and they agreed to send me an XL instead! Great material and super quick shipping!
