Chose this washing machine to replace my Haier portable. After 9 years of good work, Haier's electronics died. Haier had great reviews and I've never had a complaint. So that's my benchmark for a new portable washing machine. That's where Comfee is at its best. It's a lot quieter. It offers more cycle options as well as a digital interface. The spin cycle is better = the clothes aren't as wet when you're done. But there are two things that I give Comfee four stars for instead of five. As a user with a small apartment kitchen, I roll the washing machine to the sink to use it. Comfee has two rear roller wheels, I think four is better. But more importantly, the power cord is too short. I need to use it with a heavy duty extension cord. Even if I had an outlet next to the sink, the cord wouldn't reach it. And for users who want to use it in a fixed location, they need a power outlet very close to where they place the device.
