Only one side worked. Not good.
Bought this for my parents whose phones were intermittently cutting out due to a very old splitter that wasn't even securely in place. They had a habit of checking on him regularly to make sure he was okay. Sometimes they lost connection and didn't know anything until they thought of checking the splitter/socket. So I bought this, it clicked very securely and inspired trust, but only one side worked! An incredible disappointment. Changing cables didn't help. I had to go to Staples and buy there. It worked right away. I'm usually very happy with my purchase here, but this inexpensive little device left me a little disappointed.
