It's very user-friendly. The interface is easy for all levels of users to navigate. It has many features that can be used in different ways. I like the way it automatically categorizes contacts into groups. You can also create custom fields to track your leads and customers. There are some glitches with the platform but they are working on improving them. I would recommend this product because it's so easy to use. I have been able to streamline my workflow and increase productivity by using Inbound Hiro. I am able to keep track of my contacts, send emails, and schedule appointments.
