Review on Hi by Fred Massingill

I like that they are very flexible, creative people who have great ideas for projects! They can work with you to understand your needs in order to create something unique or special. They also know how to communicate effectively so there's no misunderstandings over what was agreed upon. Sometimes we need more than one designer working together at once but not everyone has those skills. We ended up using two different designers from them which gave us some of both benefits - it allowed someone else to do their job while allowing me time to focus my attention elsewhere (more importantly during meetings!). It helped our team grow because now each member could bring his/her own strengths into play instead relying solely on myself as an all-rounder.
