FITS COMPETITION SWIMMERS SIZE

I'm about 5ft 6" - 5ft 7" tall, weigh 145lbs, bra size 36DDD. pretty much everything except the top of my bathing suit where I wear "Big". My guideline: *For easy swimming - (36 bra = suit 36) *For competitive swimming - (36 bra = suit 34) *For general swimming - (36 bra = suit 38) (For easy swimming, the suit MUST be tight initially you do don't hurt, aren't impossible to put on, just very snug. They stretch with prolonged use and as soon as you get in the water!) As I said in my title, "SIZED RIGHT FOR COMPETITIVE SWIMMERS"! Order a size down As my high school swim coach used to say, "always order a size smaller (or two) so it lasts all season." If you order too big, you'll fall off by the end of the season. I ordered size 36 instead of size 34 (which I wore during the competition) because I plan to use them for light exercise only (2 swim sessions per week). I would order one size down if I'm competing or using it more than 5 days a week. Please note this is a COMPETITION SUIT so measurements reflect this. GENERAL: PROS: great fit, thick (or) straps for support, and full side chest coverage (So hard to find!) CONS: NO! a little, but it stretches with wear)!
