The belt lasted 11 months on my Husqvarna YTH23V48

This belt stretched to the point where my Husqvarna YTH23V48 stopped moving after about 11 months/70 hours of use. Upon inspection, the pulleys were fine and the new belt got me running again. My original belt lasted almost nine years. I have a level yard and only use the tractor to mow grass and mulch leaves. I feel like this belt should have lasted at least a few more years or 150+ hours. Was it really an OEM?
