After receiving the LCD screen and digitizer (external touch screen), it was packed very well. I've watched a few videos beforehand (and had some experience with electronics, laptops, game consoles) but to be honest replacing the screen is pretty easy (just take your time and be careful when unplugging and plugging in) . cables and check the screen before fully reassembling). It comes with everything you need except double sided tape for installing the digitizer. I had problems with the 1st screen, customer service (Kane M.) was very helpful in every way. He gave advice/suggestions and still helped with repairs. I had already ordered another screen from them anyway (didn't want to deal with another supplier) and Kane was kind enough to offer a partial refund (which I didn't ask for). We all know that great customer service goes a long way and I take that to heart because it shows that these people take pride in their product and are willing to help us rather than push us aside and focus on the focus on next sale. If I had a repair shop I would definitely buy from them in bulk. The display is great, the touch functions work and it had a plastic cover (must be removed) on the outside and inside of all screens to protect it during repairs. If that doesn't sound like a recommendation then I don't know what does, lol.
