Review on 🌸 Penny Black 80-009 Painted Blooms 6 x 6 Paper Pad - Enhanced for SEO by Dawn Fischer

This paper notebook makes it easy to create greeting cards - one of my "standard " products

I make handmade greeting cards using the scrapbooking method. This Penny Black paper notebook binds my leftovers so well. I laid out a lot of my scraps of paper last night and made four cards using Penny Black Painted Blooms as the base. This is a lighter weight than regular cards but works well for my greeting cards. It's definitely no small thing! I always use A2 envelopes for all my postcards. Using 6X6 pads of paper, I glue the two pieces together and fold them to make my postcard - I'm left with about two inches after folding. On the rest of the paper (I'll show you Colonial) I can then use Fiskar's decorative scissors for borders or accents. I cut out "Hello" from other postcards and reuse them. I find Scotch glue easy to use (but expensive). I am attaching a photo to show how I used this paper notebook for four greeting cards. Here's a tip: I use old phone books for my work. I like to apply the glue to the very edge of what I'm gluing and this makes it easy to rip off the "dirty side" without getting a mess. REALLY useful for glue and glitter projects! Also, all parts of my cards are easy to save in the phone book until I have time to make them.

This Penny Black paper pad is adorable. The colors go so well with other product lines.
