I really liked this set! SUPER SWEET! This was my first needle felting experience. The instructions explain how to embroider felt, but it's also helpful to watch videos on You Tube. The instructions are really easy to follow. I did this late at night so I may have misunderstood the step, but if you're using black for the ears (step 4) make sure you leave some for the eyes and nose (steps 14 and 15). I used too much and when I got to the final steps to make them I was out of black felt! Kinda my fault for using too much! As for the quality of the felt, there was a lot of talk about that at DKK, it seemed easy to work with, it sticks together. If this is someone's first time, maybe new to doing things together A simpler set with fewer parts would be better. As you can see my fox doesn't look like the picture at all,
