More stable than my previous relationships!

It took me (a 42 year old female who is very handy and has a drill) 3 hours and 20 minutes to assemble. It was exhausting, but everything seemed to be going well. The drawers don't slide out completely even though I followed the guide holes perfectly so I have to remove the guides and adjust them. Gives off a lot of heat. my dog loves it It's pretty good overall, although I think it's more down to the 250 price than the 400. The packaging was secure but came with the kind of styrofoam that throws little white balls EVERYWHERE. If you're a fan of cleanliness, allow an extra hour for cleaning after assembly. I wish the shelves were a little higher, even a standard photo frame won't fit on them. Books on their site will work. No missing parts or you would have heard it on the local news after I furiously set my apartment on fire. A thin back panel was slightly damaged, but it's hidden. The back panels don't seem to be cut properly and didn't slide in all the way, but I pushed them in. Overall I am satisfied with this item. I feel sorry for the movers who eventually have to pick it up. Oh, and you can take out the heater part and just leave an open shelf in the middle. There wouldn't be one back there, but in case you ever want to, you could. You don't have to disassemble everything to remove the chimney. I like the option to only have one flame. Ideal for a summer evening.
