I like how easy this system makes it for me to collect my customer’s feedback and make changes in order to improve their experience as well as mine! It has been very helpful for a business like mine - which sells things online. It's helped us keep track of our sales and be able to see what products are selling best. This also allows us to get more information about our customers' buying patterns so we can better cater towards their needs. There isn't much for me to dislike at this time. If there were any problems or issues I'd have heard about them but I haven't yet. The benefits far outweigh the small inconveniences. We've seen an increase in reviews since using this product. Customers feel valued when we send out emails asking them to rate our services and write positive or negative comments. They have felt comfortable enough to give honest opinions and I appreciate that. I like that I can send a form-based email and automatically get an email back from the customer with their response. I would like to be able to have the ability to customize the emails for multiple customers (i.e. "Dear Customer Name", "Dear Customer Name", etc.). I also wish that there was an option to not automatically send a response back to the customer. I have had a lot of customers that have forgotten to leave a review and I have had to chase them down. This tool has solved that issue for me.
