Review on Milton 1108 Duo Filter Regulator by Brandon Rogers

Milton warranty support seems to be gone! Bought 2 Milton controller/filter combos. One is leaking, this one isn't, I didn't get an answer to my warranty claims via 2 contacts. Hope this one lasts! I used to scold her, now I scold her, never had a failure. I think that's good because my experience with Milton is right now. No warranty support! I guess I'll just fix the other, little o-ring in the gauge's two-piece mounting plate is bad, sort of a guarantee, but I can fix a bad o-ring. This is really a simple solution. much easier than patching this side of the store in the air system functionality and trying unsuccessfully to get some sort of warranty service on a bad one! Oh yeah. Like everyone else here, there are complaints. This regulator can only achieve 114 psi on the compressor at 165 psi (165 psi on the compressor gauge). The Milton 1108 Duo filter regulator connects directly to the compressor via a 3/4" x 2" nipple, 1/4 turn 3 gate / 4" and a 6ft x 1/2" inline input. No pressure loss in the controller with short line times! All of these Milton controls simply do not live up to their advertised specifications or performance. CANNOT RECOMMEND ANY MILTON PRODUCT MORE. I don't know what happened to Milton, but they just don't fit anymore. No customer or warranty support under preformed or defective products. Do yourself a favor, look at another brand and save yourself some frustration and frustration. Edit: 10/24/2018. Well, Milton now hits 1000! This regulator block has started to leak heavily in the seam between the top and bottom adjustment knobs...don't poke in a slick soapy solution to see exactly where the leak is. You can feel the air leak with your hand 1/2 inch past the seam. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Pathetic Milton, just pathetic. You should be ashamed of selling such rubbish. Where has the old quality and reliability gone? I will also try to offer a warranty on this unit but judging by the fact that the other Milton combo junk I've bought has NEVER been answered that would be a waste of time too. My system is compromised and needs fixing now because you know it. I don't have to overload my compressor to keep up with my demands and leaking Milton junk products. I need to fix this now so buy a new set locally or just fix this one like I did with the other Milton junk I put on my system. POOR MILTON, JUST ARMI!
