Generally not bad, not sharp enough
Bent, made of semi-rigid plastic. However, you may need to cut them at a steeper angle, since it's very difficult to pierce the top of a plastic-wrapped bean. I smashed a cup before I could get through the plastic with all the force it takes. Now I just use a pocket knife to make a small whole. Once you go through them, they work great!
